Job Summary

To support a growing dental practice, the full-time Talent Acquisition Partner will focus on Dentist Recruitment, building diverse talent pipelines, and collaborating with operations partners to execute effective hiring strategies in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build consultative relationships with operations leaders to ensure healthy candidate pipelines and timely filling of current openings
• Leverage data insights to inform and enhance recruiting strategies while maintaining a world-class candidate experience
• Complete performance-based hiring training and apply knowledge to develop effective hiring strategies aligned with business goals

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience
• Recruiting experience with Dentists or other clinical providers
• Experience leveraging data insights for recruiting strategy
• Proficiency in using an applicant tracking system to manage candidate workflows
• Demonstrated success in recruiting for difficult-to-fill markets
