Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Recruiter will manage the entire life-cycle recruitment process, from developing job postings to hiring qualified candidates, while collaborating with hiring managers and utilizing various sourcing techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Performs full-cycle recruitment support, including job postings, candidate screening, and final selection
• Utilizes technology and various resources to identify and engage candidates effectively
• Partners with hiring managers to understand job requirements and maintains documentation in the internal ATS and CRM system

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience in recruiting
• Three years of relevant work experience in recruitment
• Experience in recruiting for imaging roles is preferred
