Job Summary

Managing full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions, the remote Talent Acquisition Recruiter will support branch operations throughout the Western and Gulf regions of the United States while partnering with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for various operational and administrative positions across multiple regions
• Provide consultative recruiting support, including market insights and guidance throughout the hiring process
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate records within applicant tracking systems

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably for both hourly and salaried positions
• Experience in operations, industrial services, construction, or multi-location business environments
• Demonstrated success in managing high-volume recruiting alongside specialized professional positions
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
