Job Summary
To support a growing People team, the full-time Talent Acquisition Recruiter will manage the full lifecycle recruitment for Sales, ensuring a world-class candidate experience while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee full lifecycle recruitment including role kick-offs, sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiations
- Collaborate with leadership to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Utilize creative sourcing techniques to attract passive candidates and maintain a network for future openings
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in startup, technology, or data security sectors
- Experience hiring for sales roles is essential
- Familiarity with cybersecurity or data security is highly preferred
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools, with strong sourcing abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
