Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a growing recruitment effort, the full-time temporary Talent Acquisition Recruiter will identify and cultivate sources for hiring personnel, manage recruiting budgets, and provide training on staffing techniques in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identifies and cultivates sources for hiring experienced and entry-level personnel through networking and internet mining
• Manages the recruiting budget and develops a preferred supplier list of third-party recruiters
• Screens, interviews, and tests job applicants while maintaining the applicant database using the Taleo Talent Management System

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Four years of staffing experience, including three years as a direct recruiter in a high-volume industry
• Knowledge of employment laws and practices
• Working knowledge of e-recruiting concepts and systems
• PHR or SPHR Certification preferred
