Job Summary

Responsible for delivering business value through effective coordination of services, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Representative will manage candidate interviews, site visits, and travel arrangements while connecting candidates to local relocation services in support of provider recruitment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all services associated with candidate recruitment, including interviews and site visits
• Manage travel arrangements and connections to local relocation services for candidates
• Work semi-autonomously to deliver effective recruitment support to affiliated and business partners

Required qualifications

• 2 years of applicable experience in a related field
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Preferred: 2 years of experience in the recruitment or healthcare industry
