Talent Acquisition Representative

Job Summary

To support provider recruitment efforts, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Representative will coordinate candidate interviews, site visits, and travel arrangements while connecting candidates to local relocation services.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all services related to candidate interviews and site visits
• Facilitate travel arrangements for candidates and connect them to relocation services
• Deliver business value through effective coordination of recruitment services within Provider Solutions and Development

Required qualifications

• 2 years of applicable experience in recruitment or a related field
• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• 2 years of related industry experience preferred
