Job Summary

Supporting Huron's Oracle Business Unit, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Senior Associate will manage full-cycle recruitment for consulting and technology roles, partnering with hiring managers to identify talent and enhance the candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and execute aligned recruiting strategies
• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment for various Oracle roles
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines while leveraging market insights to inform recruiting strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 5-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within a corporate environment, professional services, or technology sector
• Experience recruiting specialized Oracle talent, including ERP, EPM, HCM, SCM, or related consulting capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to source and engage passive candidates in competitive talent markets
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches and competing priorities
