Talent Acquisition Sourcer
Job Summary
To support critical technical hiring needs, the remote Talent Acquisition Sourcer will execute sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, and manage full cycle recruiting processes as necessary.
Key responsibilities
- Execute talent sourcing strategies to identify GTM Technical Sales talent for current and anticipated hiring needs
- Monitor talent pipelines and engage potential candidates to establish relationships and assess fit for the organization
- Utilize various sourcing platforms and resources to effectively identify and engage high-potential talent
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 4 years full cycle sourcing and recruiting experience, preferably in a technical environment
- Proven experience recruiting or sourcing for GTM Technical Sales roles
- Fully adept in search capabilities, including Boolean search strings and networking
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
