Job Summary
Collaborating with the Talent Acquisition Team, the remote Talent Acquisition Sourcer will execute sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines for critical technical roles, focusing on AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Data Intelligence positions.
Key responsibilities
- Execute talent sourcing strategies to identify technical talent for current and anticipated hiring needs
- Monitor talent pipelines and engage potential candidates to build relationships and assess fit for Trace3
- Utilize various sourcing platforms and resources to effectively identify and engage high-potential candidates
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 4 years full cycle sourcing and recruiting experience, preferably in a technical environment
- Proven experience recruiting for AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Data Intelligence roles
- Exceptional sourcing skills, including research, Boolean search creation, and networking
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and produce results in a fast-paced environment
