Job Summary
To support a growing aerospace client, the part-time Talent Acquisition Sourcer will provide sourcing, screening, and candidate relationship management for engineering and operational roles, working remotely while maintaining a flexible schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Providing sourcing support for engineering and operational roles, including screening and managing candidate relationships
- Collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing plans
- Utilizing various sourcing platforms and social media to attract qualified talent and maintain data integrity in the candidate management system
Required qualifications
- US Citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant sourcing or recruiting experience, or a Master's degree with 3+ years of experience
- Experience sourcing technical talent across various engineering disciplines and cleared talent
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing platforms
- Previous experience in both agency and corporate recruiting is preferred
