Talent Acquisition Sourcer

Job Summary

Proactively sourcing qualified candidates, the remote Talent Acquisition Sourcer will develop talent pipelines, conduct candidate research, and partner with recruiters and hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs in healthcare and corporate positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source qualified candidates through various recruitment channels, including LinkedIn and job boards
• Engage passive candidates and assess qualifications through resume reviews and initial outreach
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand position requirements and maintain accurate candidate records

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Previous experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or human resources preferred
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems is an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual communication platforms
