Job Summary

Specializing in sourcing professional talent, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Sourcer will manage the front end of the search process for salaried roles across North America, focusing on market mapping, pipeline building, and candidate outreach.

Key responsibilities:

• Source candidates for professional and salaried roles, from individual contributors to management levels
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to define search strategies and clarify role requirements
• Utilize various sourcing channels to identify and engage passive candidates while maintaining TTM's employment brand

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing, primarily for professional/salaried roles
• Proficient in Boolean search techniques and using LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience working with recruiters and hiring managers throughout the candidate handoff process
• Familiarity with Workday and candidate tracking/CRM systems
• Strong written outreach skills to engage busy professionals effectively
