Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

To support strategic growth initiatives, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage full-cycle recruiting for specialized cleared technical and professional positions, partnering with leadership to develop effective hiring strategies and build talent pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and onboarding coordination
• Recruit for a variety of cleared technical and professional positions, including cybersecurity, engineering, and program management roles
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage active and passive cleared candidates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Three to five years of cleared technical recruiting experience for candidates with security clearances
• Experience recruiting for government contractors or federal agencies
• Demonstrated ability to proactively source and engage cleared passive candidates
• Proficient in using recruiting tools and Applicant Tracking Systems, with familiarity in JazzHR desirable
