Job Summary

Proactively managing candidate pipelines, the remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will enhance the candidate experience, collaborate with hiring managers, and drive talent attraction efforts in a fast-paced tech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Champion candidate experience and promote the employer brand
• Manage and monitor all stages of the candidate life-cycle, identifying areas for improvement
• Execute talent sourcing strategies, including research and referrals, to attract active and passive candidates

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting experience in a tech company
• Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships at all organizational levels
• Strong self-starter mentality with the ability to handle ambiguity and shifting priorities
• Outstanding organizational skills and a drive for efficiency
