Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

Passionate about recruitment, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will drive the recruitment and relocation process by screening CVs, conducting initial interviews, and managing candidate databases while supporting the TA team in Spain.

Key responsibilities

• Screen CVs and monitor candidate inflow in the ATS
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate the interview process
• Provide relocation information and support to candidates

Required qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of the English language
• Minimum of 6-12 months experience in recruitment
• Knowledge of Spanish is an advantage but not mandatory
• Adaptability and ability to independently execute tasks
• Good time management skills
