Job Summary

To support the growth of a neuroinclusive workforce, the remote Talent Acquisition Partner will lead complex global searches, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and partner with hiring managers to enhance recruitment strategies and candidate experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex, global searches to attract top-tier talent across functions and levels
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle using standardized processes, from intake and sourcing to leading offer processes
• Partner closely with hiring managers, providing coaching and insights to elevate hiring decisions and ensure consistency

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in a SaaS environment
• Expertise in direct sourcing strategies and engaging top candidates
• Demonstrated commitment to inclusive hiring and building diverse pipelines
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusting partnerships
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, with Greenhouse preferred
