Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

To support high-volume recruiting across multi-state retail and production facilities, the remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner with hiring managers to identify and hire qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to identify and fill non-exempt and exempt level roles across retail, cultivation, and production
• Assist in implementing standardized interview processes and manage job postings on various platforms
• Source and screen applicants, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate the interview process with hiring teams

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree or higher preferred
• 2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in a retail or production environment
• Experience with high-volume recruitment across a multi-location organization
• Proficient in using HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems, with Greenhouse preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
