Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent while collaborating with hiring managers to define technical requirements and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborates with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develops job descriptions
- Proactively sources and engages passive candidates through various recruiting tools and platforms
- Maintains communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process and connects qualified candidates with hiring teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical or human resources field
- At least three years of recruiting experience, preferably in technical roles
- Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates using advanced recruiting techniques
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and ZipRecruiter
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes under pressure
