Job Summary

Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer facilitation

Required qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for technology and business functions
- Working knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance requirements
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Greenhouse
- Proficiency in utilizing sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
- Experience in high-volume recruiting environments is preferred
