Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage full-cycle recruiting for various roles, enhance employer branding, and contribute to culture and engagement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meetings to extending offers and closing candidates
• Create engaging content for employer branding and maintain accurate job postings and career pages
• Plan and execute team events and manage employee recognition programs to foster a positive culture

Required qualifications

• Some experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a closely related field, including strong internship experience
• A degree in HR, Communications, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and projects simultaneously
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter is strongly preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
