Required qualifications

- 2-4 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting and applicant tracking systems (ATS), such as Workday
- Experience in resume screening, candidate assessment, and offer development
- Proficiency in candidate relationship management and recruiting analytics
- Familiarity with AI-enabled recruiting tools and talent mapping
