Job Summary

To enhance the HR team, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the recruitment process by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent while collaborating with hiring managers and utilizing innovative sourcing strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for searching and hiring qualified candidates
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills in collaboration with hiring managers
• Prepare reports on recruitment activities and suggest process improvements

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of recruitment experience, particularly in IT and marketing/sales
• Global recruitment experience, especially in Europe, with a focus on C-level roles
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools, including ATS and reporting systems
• Proactive attitude towards leveraging AI and automation in recruitment processes
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written
