Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and guiding hiring managers with data-driven insights for both technical and non-technical roles in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to implement recruiting strategies for current and future hiring needs
- Act as a liaison between candidates, hiring managers, and HR, providing guidance throughout the recruitment process
- Utilize talent data to influence leaders and create robust candidate pipelines
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant recruitment industry experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience as a Full Life Cycle Recruiter in a small to mid-sized SaaS environment
- Strong expertise in sourcing methods and candidate assessment
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
