Job Summary

As a remote contract Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist, the successful candidate will manage the end-to-end staffing process for data center operations, focusing on sourcing, engaging, and qualifying candidates for technical roles while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates for various technical positions using multiple recruitment channels
• Conduct qualification prescreens and coordinate interviews, maintaining candidate engagement throughout the hiring process
• Manage preboarding activities and ensure compliance with background checks and Form I-9 verification

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in technical or high-volume hiring
• Proven ability to source candidates and conduct technical prescreening
• Knowledge of Form I-9 compliance and background check processes
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
