Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Summary
Owning the full-cycle recruitment process, the remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner with hiring managers and the VP, HR to attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent across diverse roles in a growing SaaS organization.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from talent need identification to offer acceptance
- Develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies for various roles across multiple geographic markets
- Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines while enhancing the candidate and hiring manager experience
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, communications, or related field
- 5 years of progressive full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably within SaaS or technology sectors
- Experience recruiting across US, Canadian, and Indian talent markets
- Strong experience with modern sourcing technologies, including LinkedIn Recruiter
- Demonstrated ability to influence and advise hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
