Job Summary
Owning the recruitment and operational processes, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition & Operations Specialist will lead full-cycle coach recruiting, implement AI-powered systems, and manage coach operations to enhance Mento's community of exceptional coaches.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle coach recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection
- Redesign recruiting and operational workflows to improve efficiency and scalability
- Manage the coach journey from hiring through onboarding and support operations
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, particularly for executives and operators
- Experience designing and implementing AI workflows and automations
- Background in managing programs and operations within a startup or tech environment
- Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on candidate experience
- Passion for coaching and human development aligned with Mento's mission
