Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Summary
To support the mission of improving lives for individuals facing type 1 diabetes, the full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist will engage outstanding talent, create exceptional candidate experiences, and lead structured hiring decisions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, and community partnerships
- Guide candidates through the hiring journey, ensuring transparent communication and a positive experience
- Conduct behavioral interviews and partner with hiring teams to make objective hiring decisions
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of full lifecycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
- Experience managing multiple searches simultaneously
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, with Workday experience being a plus
