Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the contract Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage full life cycle recruiting with a focus on technical roles, utilizing strong sourcing strategies and stakeholder management while working remotely for a duration of 6+ months.

Key responsibilities:

• Independently handle recruiting across various position types and geographies
• Source, screen, and interview candidates while ensuring compliance with hiring processes
• Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to create effective selection processes

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience in technical recruiting, particularly in Hardware and Software Engineering or Technical Sales
• Strong direct-sourcing capabilities and consultative stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight
• Experience in developing and managing candidate pipelines and networks
• Familiarity with compliance and document tracking requirements in recruitment
