Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance the recruitment process for designated affiliates, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage full-cycle recruitment activities, including interviewing, hiring, and coordinating recruitment events while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle recruitment, including screening candidates and scheduling interviews with hiring managers
• Proactively source candidates through various methods and maintain communication throughout the recruitment process
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Preferred experience in healthcare talent acquisition
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of HRIS/Recruitment databases and candidate management systems
• RACR Certification preferred
