Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

To support regional growth, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and other Go-To-Market roles while partnering with hiring managers and executing proactive sourcing strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and GTM roles
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and drive recruitment timelines
• Build and execute proactive candidate sourcing strategies and conduct initial screening conversations

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience in high-tech, SaaS, or fast-paced corporate environments
• Proven track record of managing recruitment processes from candidate outreach through to the offer stage
• Hands-on expertise in direct talent sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience recruiting for Sales, Marketing, or GTM roles is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably ADP
