Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Summary
Owning the full recruitment life cycle, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will source and hire top talent for the Buildings and Project Leaders Divisions, while building strong relationships with hiring managers and utilizing various talent acquisition platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Drive recruitment efforts by partnering with the Talent Acquisition Team and hiring managers to fill a variety of positions
- Utilize iCIMS and external platforms to identify and attract top talent while managing candidate pipelines
- Represent the company at career fairs and industry events to build a strong pipeline of future talent
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is highly preferred
- 2+ years of related recruiting experience required
- Experience with full life-cycle corporate recruiting in a professional organization
- Working knowledge of iCIMS ATS preferred
- Previous recruiting experience within the AEC industry preferred
