Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Summary
Owning the full recruitment life cycle, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will source and hire top talent across the Survey/Geospatial and Governmental Services Divisions while building strong relationships with hiring managers and utilizing various recruitment platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Drive recruitment efforts for various positions, focusing on Survey/Geospatial and Governmental Services Divisions
- Utilize iCIMS and external platforms to identify, engage, and attract top talent while maintaining candidate pipelines
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for technical roles
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is highly preferred
- 2+ years of related recruiting experience required
- Experience with full life-cycle corporate recruiting in a professional organization is required
- Working knowledge of iCIMS ATS preferred
- Previous recruiting experience within the AEC industry preferred, particularly in relevant disciplines
