To build qualified candidate pipelines for various roles, the full-time Talent Acquisition Sourcing & Research Specialist will source passive candidates, collaborate with recruiters on candidate profiles, and support hard-to-fill searches while working remotely.

- Track sourcing activity and maintain documentation for job requisitions
Required qualifications
