Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

Owning the recruitment process from posting to offer delivery, the full-time Talent Acquisition Associate will manage job requisitions, source candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience in a hybrid or remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the recruiting team and hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles
• Source candidates through various channels and develop candidate pipelines in LinkedIn Recruiter
• Conduct initial candidate screens and communicate with candidates throughout the sourcing and screening process

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of recruiting experience, particularly within an advertising agency
• Familiarity with roles in account management, creative, strategy, media, or project management
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools to identify candidates
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple searches
• Experience with Greenhouse or a similar applicant tracking system is a plus
