Supporting recruitment efforts across multiple states, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will execute the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience while collaborating with hiring managers to attract top-tier talent for home healthcare operations.

Key responsibilities

• Executes the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth candidate experience from requisition creation to onboarding
• Partners with recruiters and hiring managers to align on priorities and hiring timelines
• Implements effective sourcing strategies using various recruitment methods to attract high-quality candidates

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in high-volume recruiting in healthcare
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field preferred
• Strong decision-making and interpersonal skills
