Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Summary
To support the recruitment needs in the Oil & Gas sector, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Specialist IV will manage the full recruiting life cycle, collaborate with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies, and build relationships with candidate communities.
Key responsibilities
- Consult with hiring managers to understand business requirements and enhance candidate pipelines
- Source, screen, interview, and close candidates for technical roles in a competitive marketplace
- Provide strategic insights to improve recruiting metrics and gauge success in meeting hiring goals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- Eight or more years of experience in full cycle recruiting, particularly for technical roles in the AEC industry
- Proven success in sourcing and recruiting for specialized engineering roles
- Ability to manage over 30 open positions simultaneously
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS; familiarity with UKG and iCMS preferred
