To support a growing team, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the recruitment process from intake to offer acceptance, focusing on building candidate pipelines and collaborating with hiring managers to meet business needs.
Key responsibilities
- Own multiple searches, partnering with hiring managers to define role success and interview criteria
- Build sourcing plans and engage qualified candidates through various outreach methods
- Conduct structured interviews and maintain accurate candidate records while providing updates on pipeline health
Required qualifications
- At least two years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including in-house corporate recruitment
- Experience in recruiting professional roles across various business functions
- Proven track record of engaging passive candidates through personalized outreach
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack, with a willingness to learn AI and automation tools
