Job Summary
As a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist, this full-time remote position will source and engage top candidates for various roles, manage the recruitment process from intake to offer, and support broader HR projects within the People team.
Key responsibilities
- Source and engage candidates across technical and non-technical roles, building and maintaining talent pipelines
- Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and manage the offer stage, ensuring clear communication with candidates and hiring managers
- Support HR projects beyond recruiting, including onboarding and maintaining job description documentation
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in the energy industry or SaaS
- Experience in sourcing and recruiting technical talent
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
- Familiarity with modern applicant tracking systems (ATS), such as Ashby
- Interest in broader HR functions and willingness to take on additional projects
