Job Summary
To support the expansion of clinical trial operations, the full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment across Europe, ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers in a remote position based in the Netherlands.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain engaging job advertisements and recruitment materials tailored to various sourcing channels
- Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates through multiple recruitment channels, including LinkedIn and job boards
- Conduct candidate screenings and first-round interviews, providing comprehensive feedback to hiring managers
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition
- Experience in the Clinical Research, Pharmaceutical, or Biotechnology industries is advantageous
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Fluent in English and Dutch, with knowledge of German as a plus
