Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist, the full-time remote role will manage the recruitment of independent contractors (linguists) globally, develop effective recruiting strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Key responsibilities:
- Source, attract, and recruit independent contractors based on language requirements
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding while collaborating with hiring managers
Required qualifications:
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role
- Strong proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
- Proven ability to work independently and manage tasks and deadlines
- Flexibility to work in different time zones as needed
- Experience in recruiting independent contractors or freelancers is a plus
