Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the recruitment process, collaborate with hiring managers, and enhance candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for various positions across the organization
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Enhance the candidate experience through effective communication and support throughout the hiring process

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
