Job Summary

To support a growing talent acquisition team, the full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage recruitment processes, collaborate with hiring managers, and enhance candidate experience in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions across the organization
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Enhance candidate experience through effective communication and engagement throughout the hiring process

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
