Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner with hiring managers to recruit exceptional talent while managing the full lifecycle recruiting process in a hybrid position that includes training onsite and remote work thereafter.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and competencies needed for open positions
• Manage the full life-cycle recruiting process and maintain recruiting metrics within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Apply behavioral interview methods to identify qualified candidates and provide guidance on the recruitment process to hiring managers

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience as a Recruiter or in a similar HR support role in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Calendar, and Teams
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, with Greenhouse ATS and/or Dayforce HRIS as a plus
• Understanding of interview workflows and recruitment processes
• University degree preferred
