Job Summary
To support critical government contracting initiatives, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full recruiting lifecycle for technical and professional positions, collaborating with hiring managers to implement effective recruiting strategies.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
- Build and execute tailored recruiting strategies utilizing both organic and paid campaigns
- Advise hiring managers on market insights and ensure compliance with recruiting regulations
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years of experience in managing the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing and offer negotiations
- Strong understanding of government recruiting regulations and compliance
- Proficiency with ATS and CRM platforms
- Experience in high-volume recruiting and technical sourcing
