Job Summary
To support a growing Talent Acquisition team, the full-time hybrid Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage full-cycle recruiting, partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, and enhance the candidate experience in Waltham, Massachusetts.
Key responsibilities
- Manage searches from kickoff through offer across various functions and levels
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Lead and facilitate New Hire Orientation, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new employees
Required qualifications
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting in a corporate or agency environment
- Ability to quickly learn new roles and talent markets across multiple functions
- Demonstrated skills in proactively sourcing and engaging passive candidates
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
