Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

Managing end-to-end recruiting processes, the full-time hybrid Talent Acquisition Specialist will source, screen, interview, and coordinate offers for roles across the organization while collaborating with hiring managers and maintaining a strong talent pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and draft inclusive job postings
• Leverage online platforms and networks to attract diverse candidates and maintain candidate communications
• Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to process improvements and compliance with hiring policies

Required qualifications

• Prior experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably within hospitality or a service-focused environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices, with a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and common recruiting platforms
• Strong skills in stakeholder partnership and organizational work, including managing multiple requisitions
