Job Summary
To enhance recruitment efforts, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead the recruitment lifecycle, manage the ATS, and collaborate with hiring managers to create effective job postings and competitive offers.
Key responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle talent acquisition by conducting intake sessions, sourcing candidates, and facilitating interviews
- Manage offer preparation and documentation in partnership with hiring managers to ensure competitive and compliant offers
- Oversee the ATS by managing user access, candidate pipelines, and implementing workflow improvements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a corporate environment or a combination of agency and in-house experience
- Hands-on experience with ATS management, including workflow customization
- Strong understanding of salary bands and compensation practices
- Experience in healthcare or insurance recruitment is preferred
