Talent Acquisition System Manager
Job Summary
To enhance the recruitment process within the veterinary industry, the full-time Talent Acquisition System Manager will configure, manage, and integrate the organization's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management System (CRM) while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and manage the ATS platform to support tailored recruitment processes
- Design and maintain custom integrations between the ATS and other business systems to ensure reliable data flow
- Generate and analyze reports to assess recruitment effectiveness and inform strategic decisions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field with proven experience in talent acquisition or HR administration
- Experience in supporting and administering recruiting platforms, including system configuration and troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process
- Exceptional organizational and data management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
