Talent Acquisition Team Lead

Job Summary

Leading the recruitment function, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Team Lead will develop and execute talent acquisition strategies, manage recruitment operations, and coach recruiters to meet the organization's hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the Talent Acquisition team to ensure efficient recruitment operations aligned with business objectives
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified talent across various departments
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and candidate evaluation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or full-cycle recruitment
• 4+ years of experience in a team lead or managerial role overseeing recruitment teams
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office tools
• Experience managing remote recruitment teams is preferred
